This customer contacted me on one of the hottest days of the year wanting a recharge of his system. I Always say I’ll take a look. My service station detected quite a considerable leak and it would need to be found to be repaired to recharge.
I carried out a nitrogen test. This fills the system with a harmless gas so that you can either hear the leak or use a soapy like spray to detect a leak.
I could hear the leak at the front and explained the bumper will need removal for a further examination.
Possible condenser or piper perhaps.
Quoted for this work.
