New Van!!!! [2023 reliability update]

Has been about time for a new van for many, many months now. This one came up from up north and I snapped it up on the first day of it being for sale having missed out on an almost identical one prior.

I've had the van for over a year now, it has done almost 210k with me putting 10k on in a year. Going to note what I've done repair wise.

First item was an engine light to come on after a few months- glow plug easy fix

Starter motor lazy - replaced before failure

Anti roll bar link replaced as knocking

Few months after that engine light - DPF sensor wiring issue.

Clutch master cylinder partial failure (on way to Scotland of all places) - replaced master cylinder

Replaced battery as failed was original

Duel Mass flywheel is on its way out

Its a nice looking van but is high mileage and 11 years old now so things will wear out. On the whole happy with it . It's got crazy long ratio gearing compared to other vans I've driven and is acceptable fuel economy for the size and what cargo I carry.
